RETURN POLICY/WARRANTY​

WARRANTY POLICY 

We have a remarkably simple and clear warranty policy on our parts and products. Here is a breakdown of our warranty policy for different products we offer:
- Parts
All the parts that we sell come with a lifetime warranty. This gives our clients peace of mind that when they are buying our parts, they can rest assured that if there are any issues that occur with the part in the future, they can return the part to us for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange. The only condition that may make the part not eligible for warranty is physical or internal damage.
- Batteries
All our batteries come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects that may occur with the battery within a year of purchase as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. You can return the battery to us within the one year period for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange.
- Tools
All tools that we sell come with a 30-day warranty period. This covers any manufacturing defects with the tools and the product can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange.
- Pre-Owned Devices
Our pre-owned devices come with a 60-day warranty. This covers any defects that may occur with the device within 60 days of purchase. When returning the device, please make sure to remove any personal data, iCloud information, Google account, or any other data on the device. The return credit will be based on the current selling price of the day we receive the device for return.

EXCHANGES / RESTOCKING FEE 

If you would prefer to get a product exchanged instead of a credit back, please contact us as soon as you receive an email that your returns have been processed so we can get the product exchanged for you. When shipping the exchanged product to you, we do not charge any reshipping fee and the product will be shipped to you for free via FedEx Ground or USPS First Class shipping depending on the product. Additionally, please note that we do not charge any restocking fees whatsoever since we do not believe in penalizing our clients for something that is not their fault in any way.

RETURNING A USED PART / PART NOT NEEDED 

With our warranty policy, you can rest assured that even if you return a part to us that has been used, has scratches, smudges or any signs of wear and tear other than damage, we will cover you for the part. The same principle applies to parts that are not needed. You can return them within the warranty period and get credited back without any penalties or restocking fees. This is an additional service we offer to make sure our clients do not have to worry when ordering parts to keep in their inventory.
