Warranty Policy:

All of our phone parts come with a lifetime warranty, except for physical damage. The warranty covers touch issues and glitching issues. In the event that you experience any of these issues with our phone parts, please contact us at +1(470)681-0248 to initiate a warranty claim.

Please note that any physical damage to the phone part is not covered under our warranty. Physical damage includes but is not limited to cracks, scratches, dents, or any other damage that is the result of accidental or intentional misuse, mishandling, or abuse of the phone part.

If you receive a damaged phone part, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged part and initiate a replacement or refund.

Hard OLED screens do come with a damage warranty, but it is limited to only OLED damage. The OLED Damage warranty covers issues such as dead pixels, discoloration, and other similar issues with the OLED display. However, please note that the OLED Damage warranty does not cover physical damage to the screen, such as cracks or scratches, or damage to the flex cable.

Please note that the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the phone part and is non-transferable.
